The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years (5-11 year olds pay half.).
NOTE: for the zip line activity a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.

• Take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to get to them are not paved.
• Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations from 2 to 0 days before the original date of arrival, or in case of no show, will not be refundable. Any change in the visit date may be subject to changes in the rate.
• It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
• There may be changes without prior notice in the logistics or operation of the tour.

• Bring water shoes, swimsuit and a change of clothes
•  Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes or repellents with chemicals that may affect the ecosystem of the cenotes, you should take a shower before entering the first cenote.
• Bring a credit card or cash to purchase the tour photos.
• Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
• For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
• The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
• This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, spinal problems, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, nor for pregnant women or suspected of being pregnant.
• The average temperature of the cenotes is from 24 to 26 °C throughout the year.
