We accept VISA, MasterCard, Cardnet and American Express cards for payments. Please contact one of our Tourist Advisors if you prefer to pay via bank transfer or other means of payment. Rates shown in Mexican pesos will be charged in Mexican pesos for all credit cards. Fees in US dollars will be charged in US dollars, also for Visa and MasterCard and Cardnet transactions. For American Express transactions U.S. dollar rates will be converted to Mexican pesos at the exchange rate of the day. This conversion may cause a variation of up to 5% below or above the international fluctuation rate for currency exchange and will be reflected in your statement. Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., and/or the Open Pay S.A.P.I. de C.V. platform, are not responsible for this variation and by accepting these policies you acknowledge having been informed about this exchange rate fluctuation and agree that the charge through American Express will be made in Mexican pesos.

Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., are an intermediary between the client and the suppliers of goods and services that appear on the website. As such, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., creates the necessary commercial connections in accordance with its own service and quality standards to provide services including, but not limited to, accommodation, ground transportation. Only the most accredited suppliers are selected for this purpose, however, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., cannot be held responsible for their acts, omissions, errors or negligence on your part. Travel services are subject to the conditions set by the suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their rates and conditions of service. Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., solely in its role as intermediary for the client and service provider and does not retain legal authority or control over the personnel, assets, operation and/or ownership of the service provider. Through this means, the client authorizes Stap Travel & Tours and / or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., to act as a mediator to book the services chosen for a travel package. The commercial mediation service is carried out directly by Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., from its headquarters located in the city of Cancun, Mexico, using its own technological platform for all shopping channels: online, Customer Service Centers, telephone or any other channel. By booking a travel package with a destination outside of Mexico, the client accepts that the use of the services will be made outside the Mexican territory, so Stap Travel & Tours and / or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., establish a Value Added Tax of 10%, in accordance with Mexican law (LIVA, Section IV of Article 29). Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., declare: The photographic material published on its website is intended to provide an overview of the service in question and in no way can it be guaranteed that the service will be provided exactly as depicted. The star ratings assigned to hotel accommodations and services are based on Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V. standards and quality, which may not match the rating criteria used elsewhere. Travel service descriptions are regularly updated to maintain an accurate description of the product. Any claim or notice that the client must submit about the services received must be submitted in writing within 30 (thirty) days from the last day of travel.

Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V. will not assume any responsibility for claims, costs or expenses arising from injuries to the client or third parties, accidents, loss of life, loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment, disorder, disappointment, anguish or frustration, whether mental or physical as a result of the following: Acts or omissions caused by any party and/or employees other than Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V. Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, time or any other circumstance beyond the direct control of Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V. If the client does not obtain the required travel documentation, including, but not limited to valid passport (for a period of at least 6 months after the start date of the trip), personal identifications, visas, medical documents, etc., in which case no refund will be granted. Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., are not responsible to the Client or any third party due to the lack of documentation required by the client. If the customer does not comply with travel instructions including, but not limited to, flight schedules, hotel check-in and check-out dates and times and coupon refund policies, Changes or cancellations of the travel services offered for any reason, Stap Travel & Tours and / or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., reserves the right to cancel or change the travel services at its discretion, but will try to replace the canceled service with comparable ones. If a reservation must be completely canceled, the responsibility of Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., will be limited to a refund of the money paid to Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V. A full refund will not be granted by Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., in situations where a service must be interrupted, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, including inclement weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, etc.). Despite our continued rate verification, in rare cases there is a possibility that rate changes may occur without notice due to unforeseen events or force majeure. As rates sometimes expire and cannot be updated by the service provider in a timely manner, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., regularly runs a rate verification process that may show differences between the price you paid for your booking and the price you must pay to receive the service. When an updated rate is less than the original rate offered to you, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., will charge the lower amount. When an updated rate is higher than the original, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., will inform you of the price variation. If you do not agree with the revised amount, Stap Travel & Tours and/or Comercializadora Integral Stap S.A. de C.V., will refund 100% of the funds paid and will not be responsible for any claim or inconvenience arising from such difference in rates and/or cancellation of the reservation.
