Cancellation will be possible within 24 hours in advance, before the start of your reservation. The refund will be 100% if it is done with the established term. In case of not doing so in that time there will be no reimbursement unless it is for medical conditions (medical proof will be needed to apply it) or it will be valid for bad weather conditions.
In addition, due to weather issues, tours may undergo changes in the itinerary without prior notice.
Guides will always put customer safety first, so they can decide what activities to carry out.
If the reservation is made on one day before the date on which the tour takes place, it cannot be canceled, only under special conditions as mentioned in the previous paragraph.
That is why it is important to keep in touch with our agents in order to provide them with a first-class service. The refund will be partial in case the reservation is canceled after 5:30 p.m. on the day after the tour
When booking one day before, and in case we do not have availability, you will be given a full refund in case you cannot reschedule (this applies to tours with little availability (Xenotes, Xoximilco, Parasailing, wave runners, or combos of these mentioned above).
In case of "No Show" that is, that you do not show up for your tour, you can reschedule with an extra charge that can be from 0% to 50% of the reservation depending on the tour I book and our availability.
When refunds are applied, they will be valid within the next 15 business days after the request, as long as they are in the aforementioned guidelines.
For our tours and tickets of all Xcaret Experiences, the reservation limit time will be at 7:00 pm, please provide all the necessary information to be able to make your reservation effective.
In the same way, we are not responsible for lost valuables, so you must always keep valuables with you.
